Getway Sdn Bhd.Wangsa Walk Mall

  1. I was at Celcom Wangsa Walk mall I'm referring to the one on the Ground Floor, not the Blue Cube on the 1st Floor - what I understand they are of the same owner) on 29 June 2013 at about 6:30 p.m.

    Three times of my visit there and the Blackberry Q10 was still out of stock, that kept me wonder what actually was their problem. What was sad is that one of the staff there by the name of Belle (according to her, when I asked) actually made a sour face throughout my conversation with another staff who was explaining the package, etcetera, and later asked for the number which I would like to choose, only later to tell me that the Q10 was out of stock, after being whispered by this Belle, who throughout the session was staying put on her chair, and never even acknowledged customers in the shop. I was slowly complaining to myself and my friend how we had wasted our time and petrol and had to go through the hassle looking for parking and so on, only to again find that the phone was out of stock.

    All of a sudden this Belle seemed angry at me and said that "this is beyond the control that there is no stock", implying that it was an easy way out and not a satisfying explanation. I asked what then were they selling, to which she rudely and unprofessionally answered, "tak kan BB satu tak ada kita tutup kedai makan pasir, ada lagi brand lain Samsung, Nokia."

    I feel that was very rude and not customer-centric, being in customer service profession. She went on to challenge almost everything I said, which almost made me lose my temper, but I managed to keep it under control. I asked for the manager's name or the owner's name and she said there is no manager or owner.

    She was the worst customer service staff I have ever encountered with throughout my life, and I wish her all the best.
